March 2011 BMWFS Rate and Pricing Sheets?

Has anyone gotten their hands on the BMWFS March 2011 rates (loan rates, lease money factors, residuals, incentives) yet? (along with any pricing sheets)

They don't get released until about the 10th of the month.

Surely they know this information prior to the 10th... I mean they still finance cars during that time right?

I've got a rate locked in through March 3rd and will definitely take delivery before the 10th. I should have reapplied in February but didn't.

I received and posted the E93 Retail Price sheets which are effective March, 1st 2011 here. This is the only price sheet I received but it's easy enough to just go in and ask the SA for a price sheet. The one I talked to just looked it up and printed it for me. Just make sure he gives you the updated one.

Hope this helps!

The dealers are not going to freely copy the BMWFS lease sheet and hand it out that easily. The MSRP options sheet is one thing, but they do not want to be caught actually distributing BMWFS stuff. The complete rates are usually available after first week of month at sites like leasecompare.

(FYI, I heard that March rates are unchanged from last month.)

From my experience, they don't get released until the 10th, even to the dealers. I'm not sure why.

I never said anything about lease sheets. I was talking about the retail price sheets, like the one I posted. But I can understand the confusion based on the original question. Sorry I should have been clearer.

FYI...March lease specials are posted on bmwusa.com. Lease rates cannot be far behind. I know my CA will have the March finance rates tomorrow (always 2nd day of the month to dealers on finance rates- out of his mouth- not mine).

Not too shocking since BMW reported a 9% increase in sales in February and almost 11% YOY BMW/MINI combined. Thinking I'm glad I'm locked in at February's rates!

I'm locked into February as well, but what are the pros/cons of march. Is a 27 month lease better than a 36? IMO I would prefer a shorter time, but are their downsides?

Sorry, my bad.... I just saw the "and Price Sheets?" in the title and "(along with any pricing sheets)" in your original post so I decide to chime in. I have no knowledge about leases. In fact, I've never in my life even leased a car.

Higher residuals for shorter leases. Therefore your payment will most likely jump. Would need to know the money factor too.

FYI...finance rates are up on bmwusa and they are the same as Jan/Feb.

A higher residual actually works in your favor. What will make the payments jump is the shorter lease term (cap cost is divided over 24 months instead of 36). In my experience the sweet spot for most leases is at 36 month terms.

I know the better residual the better payment. I know you can't go buy what is posted on bmw's lease deals because who gets a premium package only but its the same as feb's deal and the promo was 499 for 36 months, now its 369 for 27 months. Only thing is....I believe feb's 499 was nothing down. Now its 2500 down

I just emailed my CA to annoy her and see whats up. I also have to find out what she is gonna do now that my MSRP dropped a little under 500. My car hits NJ on the 9th of this month. There are a lot of variables at play now, ie new residuals, money factors, terms, msrp. I feel like I have to go thru negotiations all over again...its annoying.

anyone know the new Wholesale base for the 335is

Looking for the new base price "wholesale" for the 335is. The only other change to the 335is I'm aware of is the DCT transmission is now $450 MSRP, $430 Wholesale.

So here is an interesting question.

The lease rate residuals and terms ie 24,27,30,36 month got better meaning the car is worth more at the
end of the lease which is great but the money factors got worse. If you signed in Feb can you use that months money factors and
march's residuals ??
