Alfa Romeo 4C

It was high time!

Alfa Romeo 4C

2 seater rear-mid-engine rear wheel drive
1.7l I4 Turbo
200 PS
850 kg
0-100 km/h: < 5.0 sec
V-max: 250 km/h

If Alfa returns to RWD, it may be time to leave BMW (eventhough it is already what I drive LOL).

I read that it is actually 250 PS.

But either way, that is insane. By comparison, a lotus exige S (which has similar output) weighs 100 kg more. This car will be a rocket!

Yes 250 PS is more likely. This car could smash the the TT-RS, Cayman R, Lotus Exige S, Z2 CSL (if ever) and many other of larger caliber.

Generally speaking, that's good-looking but it also has a childish, cheeky character to the front end. The headlights and the bubbly-ness makes it stubby like a Beetle. Great performance figures and layout, though.

It's true only if they're quoting wet weight. We all know how the Italians love to quote dry weight.
Look at the initial specs when they came out with the Lambo Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera. It was supposed to be about 3,000lbs. When the magazines got it with all the fluids in, it actually weighed in at 3,485lbs.

Either way, cool little car. Too bad it'll probably cost $80K.

Looks like a Cayman. Assuming this is a prototype? No hood opening up front? Tail lights look like a old T-Bird. Want to like it but not feeling it.

I actually like the application of it here. It's very smooth looking.

it's 40K euro, which is about $56K
but since we get all our cars cheaper here
i'd guess 49,999
if so, say hello to my next car
half the weight of my M3, similar performance
that same engine in other alfa puts out 235hp

F*ck yea, this is what I have been asking BMW to build, light weight, small engine, simplistic, mechnical cars, and they keep pushing out these monsterly heavy sports coupe with turboed engines to get enough hp to push the weight.

If not this car, the cayman s will be next. The only hesitation is Alfa dont build reliable cars, worse than bmw

Nice, but that's still a concept version. It would be interesting to see it in production and available in the states, but who knows.
