Tried some Barryman's B12 Fuel treatment Today...
Sucked up about 8 oz through the vac tube, just like sea foam treatment, and then put the rest in the crank case and let it idle for about 5 min. Drained the oil and replaced it. Car runs better than ever.... Nice smooth idle, no friction sounds at all and improved throttle response. I have been looking for an alternative to Sea Foam ever since I read that the smoke was from the Diesel fuel in Sea Foam, not necessarily carbon. B12 is mostly toluene, (paint thinner) so I know the smoke from the exhaust now is from carbon deposits on the valves.
Use it just like Sea Foam.

some reason when I google bmw 335i charge pipe I get everything but..??
There is a vac tube that comes off the throttle body under the air box. It connects to a y connector and then to the diverter valves. I take the tube apart before the Y connect and then connect a long line that I use for methanol to that tube. You can jam some ice maker tubing from lowes into the mouth of the vac tube so it can make it to the driver seat. I rev to 2K rpms and dip the tube into the barymans. The car will choke and stumble. Once about 8 oz are sucked up, push the start button, cutting off the car with the tube in the can still. This will fill the manifold with cleaner. Let it sit for like 10 min and then start the car with the tube attached but not in the cleaner this time. I run the tube out the top of the hood by the windsheild wipers. you can close the hood without pinching the tube and run it in the window. I go for a drive and try to get all common rpm ranges until the exhaust stops smoking. Cut off the car, hook every thing back up and go for a drive. Then dump the rest of the can into the oil cap location. Just like you going to put more oil in the car, dump it in, start the car, but don't drive! Run for 5 min, and then drain all the oil and Change the oil filter. Replace oil with your favorite and enjoy your car like it was brand new off the show room floor.

Any kind of Fuel Injection cleaner is pretty much useless on any Direct Injection engine. My friend's VW 2.0tsi Direct Injection had a lot of issues with even after using Berrymans, Techroline, Redline-S1, Ventilsauber...he eventually had to get the head pulled and cleaned of all the carbon deposits. This was at about 30K miles.

um, if you read, you will see that it none went in the gas tank. It goes in the manifold, directly on the valves themselves..... and yes, flushing the crankcase at 70K is not a bad idea.
