WTB: 18" style 189 wheels

Hey guys,
I'm looking for a set of four 189 wheels. I'm not willing to pay THAT much, so I can get some with some curb rash. I sold my old 189's for $750 without tires, but the wheels were only about a month old with no curb rash at all and no nicks at all.

I'm looking to either buy:

RIMS ONLY: for LESS than $750 (price dependent on condition -- I'd only pay $750 for pristine ones with no nicks or chips at all)
OR
RIMS and TIRES (all season/winter tires, no summer tires) for slightly more depending on the tread amount
