WTF...MY Windshield

MY Wiper does not touch the glass in the middle of my window i took it twice to the dealer and still its messed up ...it does not wipe in the center....u guys had this problem before...jw

Usually happens when you try to push the ice off the windshield...it strips the wiper motor arms out..
