HELP: Air bag and seat belt alert won't go off
It snowed last night and when I opened my door to get into the car, a pile of snow dropped into my driver side - between my sill and the driver side.
I tried to scoop as much as I could out... it was a pretty big pile (drift on top of car). When I finally got in and started the car, now the air bag alert comes on and the seat belt alert too. I can't get them off now. Of COURSE, I am 1000kms out of warranty.... I do have a service inclusive (I purchased 4 years - 100,000kms - I need to check if it covers that.... you just know it won't...) Car is in the garage, windows down and drying out a bit - I didn't think it got that wet.... Question: Anybody experience this? Any advice on what to do - my choice is take it to the dealer....
