Read this.
I know I know... if we were stopping doing everything that is supposed to be dangerous for us, none of us would be speeding on the highway. It's just that I remember that article from last year and I think it is worth looking at... Just saying. |

From what I know 5htp helps the body to replenish the serotonin level...
I usually take Melatonin to regulate my sleep... only when I find myself having trouble sleeping at night.

I heard this works... That and maybe chilling out on the MDMA... Sleep will come back after you take a rest with the shit for an extended period of time. Don't get me wrong. I like rolling from time to time, but you would have to be a fool to think that rolling won't have some greater lasting effect when abused. Do you want to see the holes that shit puts in peoples brains? I don't think so. You're a bright kid. You know where the problem lies and supplements/ambien are only a band-aid.

I take it during school. It keeps me calm and a little more level headed. Makes me not want to go ape shit. Doesn't help me with sleep though.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/zma.html. read the forums about it, i personally have taken it and it did have an effect on my sleep. i would rarely wake up until the morning and then in the morning i was still tired. i stopped taking it because i was still very tired in the morning. Some people it works for and some people it dosent, i guess it really depends on why you cant sleep. If its stress or shit on your mind you need to sort that out first. just take propofol or fap a few times before bed

When I was smoking bud heavily, it increased my anxiety to a point it was tough to sleep. Once I quit just taking a couple sleep aid pills helped me sleep. Diphenhydramine or w/e, same thing in Tylenol PM

If this isn't being caused by substances you have taken or still lingering in your system, you might want to consult a psychiatrist or a psychopharmacologist. It could be some underlying problem that is starting to manifest itself. Just saying that the problems sleeping might be a symptom and not the main issue.
