I just bought the Recaro Pole Position for my E90 325i with all the mounting brackets and stuff. I was wondering do I need to purchase the OC3 Module if I'm only installing the seat for the driver side?

Yes, an OC3 module will be needed to eliminate the Airbag error light on your dash, whether you replace one or two seats. Luckily, you only need one OC3 module for both seats though.

Stock seats are 65lbs, the Recaros come in at 25lbs including the Macht Schnell mounts for a 80lb savings total for both seats.

Are the stock seats you considering the ones with the manual adjustment or the electric seats.

We are considering the power seats. The manual seats would weigh slightly less than that, but you would still save weight switching over to Recaro Pole Positions.
