Is there any way to code the lights so the orange part of the headlight doesn't turn on? Or do you need to cut wires?

For an e92 right? Looks like that's for an e90? Or is it the same?

There are 2 orange bulbs in the E92, one is the sidemarker and the other is the corner LED. Both can be coded out.
