Thanks to el-drifot:

In module KOMBI and you can change the sensivity of your automatic light sensor in your Dash! Great when you dont have any Navigation System.

LICHT_AUT_WERT_1 -> aktiv
LICHT_AUT_WERT_2 -> aktiv
LICHT_AUT_WERT_3 -> aktiv

I've been playing with this. It definitely works. If you change to high, headlights are on during an overcast day. On low, they turn right back off.

I could not get this to work in my car, I activated everything, and I cannot find it in the stalk. I also tried to add the idrive codes, and they were already active yet I there is no option on my idrive..

On the BC stalk, you have to go to settings or something like that. It's in the same place you go to turn on your DRL, etc.
