Help!!!

Hey everyone;
I'm still in Europe, just dropped off my car the other day. Now the long waiting begins... I was driving the other day in Italy and a rock got kicked up and put a long gash on the top of my hood and hit the window. Must have been the size of a golf ball! I'm not too distrubed about the window it's pretty small and very low on the windshield but my poor hood!!! Does anyone know if the delivery center in Long Beach will fix that? Will the European insurance cover something like that? Any ideas folks?

Yes the ED insurance through Allianz will cover it. Did you get it noted on the Condition Report at drop-off?

You need to open a claim with Allianz. I believe Marsh USA here in the states represents them. You can contact the ED Dept. in NJ and they can provide the contact info.

Sweet Thank you. Yes I did get it noted on the form when I checked the car in. I'll look that up as soon as I get back to the states on Monday.
