It seems like if it actually a X02 intercooler, they make them for a bunch of different cars. I was trying to find reviews but my work internet is barely working, so it's taking way too long and I'm going to eat lunch so meh.

That looks like its sitting quite low..... I notice its the X02 which I know a few members have. Might want to ask them how they feel about it. Although feelings are for your GF, I would be more concerned with actual performance gains, intake temp drops ETC

I own a shop in AC and I work on many different cars and time after time I see that just because its pricey doesnt mean its better quality. And i am sure as hell not gonna buy a crappy quality item, even if i had a honda. but i hate to pay a lot for something just because it has a name attached to it and its gonna stay hidden under my car and perform same as a high priced item.

The price is usually for the time spent on R

Ebay = quality is fair..but fitment and making it work is where it bites. I'm currently using a Ebay Intercooler on my Toyota..and it pushed out great #'s. Granted if I decide to use a better name brand..or a custom one..gain a few more hp. But for the money u spend on fabricating and making it fit. Your better off buying a name brand. Unless you want to experiment and take a risk of maybe spending a few less than a name brand. By all means go for it. Quality wise..is going to be better than a stock one..but yield a tad less quality to a name brand. That is why its cheap. Hope my logic makes sense. You can fabricate the pipings yourself if you know how too...save u $$.. just my .002.

seems to be sitting too low and doesnt look much better than stock. Oh wait, 10%... yea you might as well keep your stock IC in there and not hack up your car to get some cheap eBay IC in there. Even Bobs, used, is worth the 500$ over this one. At least you know it fits, works better than stock (more than 10%) and is from a big company. I just dont get eBay purchases when it comes to performance parts on a $40k car.
