Can this be fixed? Hit and Run

So someone decided to scratch my car and leave without writing a note or anything. I can feel it with my nails and there are one or two deeper marks. Do you guys think I can get this wet sanded out by a professional detailer? Thanks

A lot of the white parts can be buffed out with some megs 105, but the scratches you can feel wont dome out.

Do you have better pictures?

My car was hit like that too, how I got the white stuff off, but the bumper/fender still needed to be replaced. Should be about $3-4K

Hey OP - if that can be fixed via detailing it's something you'll know in about 10 minutes. If you want to swing it by my place sometime this week I'll be happy to hit it with the rotary to see if it cleans up or not. I can't promise it won't need paint, but it certainly won't hurt to sand/compound it and see. No charge, just shoot me a PM.
