i believe this can be upgraded to v5 and it will be considered the professional model. there are zero problems with this unit. since it will be unlocked and you won't have to pay the $150 for your car, i think 600 is fair. you pay shipping (nyc shouldnt be too bad). i still prefer a local deal but you'll be first on the list TT3 for shipping

bump. the procede v4 is out of the car. i prefer local cash deals but if necessary i can and will ship (buyer pays). $600, 100% working order. i just took it out since my commute to work is about 6miles now vs 30 and with longer hours. no more need for the extra joy.
