Awaiting Transport

Any idea how long this typically takes? My new 335 has been "awaiting transport" since last Friday, and I'm getting impatient . This has to be the most frustrating part since there's no way I can track how much longer I'll be stuck waiting for a boat!

Thanks!

Have you tried both the OC and the 800#. I was completed on 3/2 and didn't get to the port till 3/7. Do you know what plant your sedan was made at? You can tell from your VIN. That will give you an idea how far from the port and which one you are awaiting transport to.

Both OC and the automated 800 number indicate I'm waiting for transport. The 800 number states that the car is at the port, waiting for a vessel.

I have a V for the plant indicator in the VIN code. The chart I was using doesn't seem to indicate where that might be, and I couldn't find a more up to date chart.

Does your VIN begin with WBA?
