Question Bucking and Surging questions

After upgrading to Procede V5, I start to experience bucking and surging when I drive on 1st or 2nd gear between 1500-2000 rpm.
Are there specific variables or parameters I need to change to eliminate bucking and surging?

-No CEL or engine malfunction recorded.
-The fuel injectors are fine (according to the dealer).
-DCI air filters are clean.

Thank You

Have you been running NA mode at all? There is a known bug in NA mode that causes this if it is run for an extended period of time. It is on the list to fix, but the current recommendation is to only run NA mode for short periods of time.

+1 on adaptation resets. And if you have a 6at, make sure you do the trans reset. It's not critical but most find that this solves any issue.

Question

It's not 6AT.
I have to be on the Mode 3 to be able to "reset the adaptation", right?
There are:
Command 3 - ECU Reset
Command 4 - Throttle Adaption Reset
Command 5 - Lambda Adaption Reset
Command 6 - AFR Adaption Reset
Command 7 - Battery Adaption Reset
Command 8 - Knock Adaption Reset
Command 9 - Octane Adaption Reset
Command 10 - VANOS Adaption Reset
Command 11 - VVT Adaption Reset

Which one do I reset to cure my bucking and surging issues?

Yes, do all the resets from 11 down to 1.

A laptop is not necessary to reset them. You do it through the procede command center. It takes literally 10 seconds to reset them all individually.

Question

Even after upgrading to the newest firmware and the map, I still need to reset those adaptations, don't I?
