BMWUSA.COM Lease Calculator Accuracy

How accurate is the lease calculator on the bmwusa.com website? Does it use the current month's leasing rates? Does it already have the correct residual built in? The reason I ask is as follows:

I ordered my car from Beverly Hills BMW on December 9th. The car should be arriving in 2 weeks. I didn't sign any papers but we have a verbal agreement, which I confirmed today, for the car being sold at MSRP. Anyways, I left my CA a message telling her the amount I want to put down, the length of the lease, and the number of miles per year. She calls me back and tells me that the payment will be $600 per month, and $650 per month with tax. The thing is, when I build my car on the BMW website and "estimate a payment" using the numbers I gave her, the BMW lease calculator says that my monthly payment should be $543 per month, and this is with the new March pricing (the $600 she told me is based on the pre-March pricing). What gives? Is the dealership trying to pull a fast one on me? Does the fact that I've never leased a car from BMW North America have anything to do with it? Is it my age? What am I missing here?

Thanks in advance everyone for your help.

You need all the details of the lease term (like residuals, money factors, all the fees, etc).

Then use this website to calculate your monthly payment.

Good luck!

Ordered a space gray 335i coupe: premium package, sport package, park distance control, and comfort access. Putting $5k down. I'm looking for 36 months, 12k miles/year.

hmm I think your monthly payment should be around $550-600.
