Jb4 install questions...HELP PLEASE

So far so good...have the ecu uncovered and now ready to hook up the wires...now I have the USB connector and it's connected to all the wires???
Do I just lay that connector inside the ecu cover???

Also do I need to download a tune for it NOW? Or can I switch maps on the fly via the steering wheel???

You better start watching at the install video couple of times before you start connecting wires.... Read as well how it works because you sound quite confused.

Lol Ive watched it and read the instructions and know the the default map that will be installed is map 1 (perfect for stock 335) ..I have everything hooked up now CORRECTLY..I just can't get this damn green box for the power wire out....i don't want to FORCE it out...is there a clip?? I don't see one? Is it normal to have to yank it out?

Pull straight upon that little bastard.. it comes straight out.

When you get it out, removing the #2 pin is also going to be difficult. You need to compress the "barb" so it will slide out. BMS doesn't specify that you need to push this piece in.. do not attempt to pull it out without doing this.

Depending on how new your JB4 is you can go to N54Tech and d/l the new updates if you desire, you don't need to do anything to install and run it though. The updates are added features, bug fixes, and fine tuning. You switch maps on the steering wheel.
