18x8 et20 on front? Stick out too far?
My e90 has 17x8 et34 wheels on it right now, 225's at all four corners.
I'm looking at a set of 18x8 et20 wheels and will run 225's again… these wheels are the same width but with 14mm less offset. Will these look OK on the front or will they stick out too far? The car has standard height suspension on it (non sport) but I'd like to lower it about an inch and I don't want to get into fender rolling or anything like that. The rears should be no problem and will likely still need a spacer to look right, it's the fronts I'm concerned about. Thoughts? Pics of similar offsets? Thanks! |

8.0 +20 cant work up front with a 225 tire. This setup will retract about 6mm from a 9.5 +33 setup a few customers have gone with before. The rears will be perfectly fine. You can throw about a 5mm spacer on if you would like.

Found this post, the same size on the front as I'm looking at: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=498879 They seem to work fine there, but my rears may still need spacers to look right. |
