what kind of wheel cleaner would you reccomend if armor all doesnt work well?

Use: P21S Wheel Cleaner. I what I have used and very satisified. It is a little bit expensive but it is recommended by BBS and other high end wheel manufacturers.

Also, I have used a no acid based Turtle Wax brand before on my stock Audi rims with no problems. Basically the Turtle Wax brand worked like a watered down version of the P21s wheel cleaner.

Meguiar's All wheel clearner... Theres very little that has to be done on your part when you use that.. I tried it out and rims came out NEW!... to protect i've heard wheel wax!

I wash my wheels with the same shampoo I clean my car with, just with a different mitt. Or, I'll just dust them off.

For wax, I've heard Wheel Wax works great. Although, I've always used my regular wax that I use for my car, Meguires. I think it works just as good.
