So, I have a 2007 335i sedan 35K on the clock. Had to add a quart of oil today, no biggie. But when I lift the fill cap I see this build up, see pictures.
It's not sludge like but is, as you can see, brownish in clolor. You can see where I wiped it with my finger. I have never seen anything like this on any car I have ever owned. Some with 4 times the mileage. My E30 M3, M5 etc never. Any ideas what the deal is? I can go to the dealer and have them look at it but unless there is a code I am sure they will say it's normal. |
