Did I make a mistake/get a good deal? 2010 335xi

Hi all,

So, I went into my local BMW dealership and I was going to sign up and order a 2011 335xi. When I got there, a little old lady (literally), handed over a one year old 2010 335xi with the following:

- nav
- premium pkg
- parking assist
- heated seats
- heated steering
- satellite radio
- convenience key

8000 miles

$40,000 (original MSRP on this car was 51500)

Was this a good deal? I was hesitant on the lease as I might drive 22-25K miles+ for my job!

Seems decent. My 2008 335xi sedan still has a kbb value around 30k with 3k mi and 2 years older. Check kbb.com to be sure.
