Quick AWE blow off valves review
At the end of Last week I got in on the special from helix for the AWE blow off valves. I called Alex and he sent them out the same day (really super job on the fast shipping, they got here way faster than I expected!)
I just finished the install and took them out for a spin. They sound awesome! I think the volume is just right. They arent "ricey" sounding at all, nor are they too loud. Perfect IMO. The install was fairly easy, my only recommendation is that you pick up some extra vacuum tubing before you start. Its good to have around even if you don't need it. |

two valves, the filters and hose clamps for the filters. the two caps for the intake 4 hose clamps which fit the caps (only need two) and two zipties for the boost tubing It doesnt come with additional tubing which is why I recommend getting some just in case you cant/dont want to use your stock ones Edit: the two additional hose clamps are for if you want to use them as diverter valves. You can just get some silicone tubing and run it from the intake to where the filters go, and have it recirculate as you would with diverter valves. |
