Sim locked

I bought a new phone, and my old sim card had a pin. I accidently entered the wrong pin..now my sim is locked.
Does anybody know if I can unlock my sim or do I have to get a new sim card?

It's probably asking for your PUK now. Call your provider and they'll give it to you.
