Has anyone had fitment problems with their pipes? How did you resolve the issue if there was one?

Yeah I am. The shop I went to couldn't get one of the pipes to properly align with the midpipes...

need a picture.. was it an alignment issue or a gap issue?
the dp's can be rotated around the connection a little bit, and I bet your mid pipes could be rotated some |

Wow that's way off! Call AA and see what they can do but this was one main reason why people go with ar because I have NEVER heard of fitment issues. The jigs they have make perfect replicas of the original time after time. I would be pissed off if i were you because it's costing you now more money since fitment issues are not the installers fault and they still have to be paid for the hours of trying to install it and now they have to put everything back to stock.

That's really weird!! I'm telling I had no installation issues whatsoever. May be yours have a defect, somehow

I had the same problem until I adjusted the rest of the exhaust a little. Figured it was just my car that had some slight imperfection in the stock exhaust and that the big downpipes amplified it.
