Any Apple MAC gurus on here? Need some help

I'm sure there are many Apple/MAC Gurus here, but hopefully I can find one that can help me out in person.

I'm trying to install Dual OS on my MBA (aka Macbook Air). I've tried to follow several online tutorials and even videos, but for sure I'm missing something and it's not working. I'm trying to install Windows 7

If somebody can help me out in person (shouldn't take too long) it would be much appreciated; I'll buy you coffee or lunch or dinner...

I'm in Markham and can meet at your location of convenience!

Thanks for the help!

You should be able to get all your help here: http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/

in particular here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4407

I personally dont like boot camp coz imagine u r on OS X with a bunch of webpages and programs opened and you need to use your "Windows" right away, you need abandon all the stuffs u r doing and reboot in order to use it... I personally use VM Ware so I can run the "Windows" inside my OS X which is way more efficient since I don't really use the "Windows" side that much.

Virtualbox is an excellent vmware tool and it's free. I use it on my MBA and MBP.

I think the first step is to go through "Boot Camp Assistant" to create your partitions.

After you have created your partition. "Boot Camp Assistant" will give you an option to start installing windows on your chosen partition. After that, just following instructions.

VMware, Parallels are some softwares you can avail of, if you wish to run both windows and mac at the same time. Boot camp will only let you dual boot. Which means you can only run one at a time

Thanks guys for all the feedback.

Will look into everything mentioned, but still open to those that can offer help in person.
