Problems with manual transmission. Help needed!

I bought an act street clutch for my 335i and after 500 miles of break in, the clutch pedal you can feel it shaking or bouncing if you put the foot on it. Also I was having problems with engaging gears at high rpms. My mechanic told me it was a pressure plate defect that wasnt disengaging, but after taking the trans out the plate and disc were ok, but he saw some play or unusual movement on the flywheel. Could the flywheel be the problem? I dont want to keep wasting money.
