I heard the highway patrol was called because some people were being asses so the police randomly started to pull cars over, then they completely shut down the highway.

In the first video the Lambo was pulled over and finally ticketed for no front plate, like the officer knew that from his point of view.

Here is the start of the day before the tickets were handed out.

haha this is the scene at a lot of exotics rally events. I missed that one in particular, but I have been at some events where police rained on people's parades.
I know theres actually a class action profiling lawsuit over this particular day, since 10 or so cars all got the exact same generic 90 in a 55 ticket without a single one being caught on radar/laser

Was there a grey M3 involved? I think it's one of my customer's. He called me the same day he got the ticker, happened about a month ago.

I'm pretty sure blocking the road when there is no danger or threat to anyones safety is illegal? They can't just do that, nobody was doing anything wrong. Seriously, why did he do that? We live in a damn nanny state now.

Yeah I read that the police seem to pick on certain cars in the entire pack, since there were less Exotic cars in the pack which were not even stopped.

However, all you NY'er are probably happy to hear there could be 400 Less police patrolling the highways due to a ticket fixing sting.

I don't think so, i know my friend in a supra, a couple of the ferrari guys, seth in the lambo were predominantly the ones singled out. A lot of the normal looking cts/bimmers/mercs got away luckily

There were a couple of people on the run driving like total dicks, and the actions of a few cutting off some unsuspecting person on a sunday drive caused a few police calls and thus the entire rally was punished

Damn! Wonder what flavor haterade the troopers had that day cuz those morons put a lot of lives in danger right there. Imagine if some drunk asshole came plowing into all of them at very hi speeds when all the cars were being slowed down to just stop.

Its a shame and they wonder why nobody respects them tools .

If you ask me I think that cop stopping in the middle of a highway like that put more people in danger than anything else. Imagine if someone wasn't paying attention...big pile up.
