Clunk in Reverse...HELP!

Hello All,

I have recently started to notice a clunk from underneath the car when I apply the brakes for the first time when reversing.

have others experienced this? Is it the driveshaft?

Is it covered under CPO? Any other advice?!

Many others including myself have this clunk. I'm not sure if its the same but its only audible if you pay attention and have the windows down. Its nothing to worry about if its like our clunck

I havnt noticed it in my car but I have heard what you describe in my parents Honda. Probably normal... Write it in a todo list and bring it up during your next service visit.

Have the same "issue?" in my g35. Never had any problems n can only be noticed when windows are down and your paying attention. How often do you drive your car?

Maybe it has something to due with the car not being used as much? No clue..

Clunk noise has been confirmed by tech. They are keeping it overnight to investigate.

I have the same clunking noise. The dealer kept it 2 days and just told me it was a normal gear lash....
