I don't see why not. I've put hid kits in other cars with balasts and all. It is just nit the ideal setup.

NO.

Save up some cash and do it right. Don't be like a ricer kid and blind everyone with your poor mans HID setup. Your halogen housing is set for halogen lamps only, if you put a HID bulb in there the beam spread will blind people and I doubt you'll even get decent illumination.

Not to mention it will look like shit. You drive a $30k+ car why set it up to look like some third rate ricer?

Can you do it... yes. You'll probably through a code unless you get some type canbus kit like HPB sells...

Ideally you'd want to have some type of projector lense to focus the light so you don't annoy people. But I see a bunch of older BMW's around town with aftermarket HID kits and it's not that bad. No where near as bad as people who have HID kits on trucks.

It's not that bad you're right but because of the beam spread your illumination will go to shit. Don't expect to see much of the road at night.

^ its called "******ated" sorry if i sound racest but i just hate crown vics on 30inch wheels with 2500000000000000k HID KIT and how they blind me from the rear view mirror.

if you really want to get something like HID KIT and dont have the funds yet... get some for your fogs to calm your itch. then save up and do it right.
