Securing track pads with no clips??

What's the best way to secure pads with no clips onto the piston and the caliper housing respectively? I recently switched over to PFC01s for track days and I'm getting a slight clanking noise when moving, the brakes work fine however.

I use noise free compound btw. Based on the force it takes to remove the pad on the piston side, I think that side is ok. However, the inside pad comes right off and may be moving against the caliper housing. Recommendations?
