Cannot clear this code with Procede?

If I remember correctly the procede only deletes tune related codes (catalytic converter codes if you have down pipes , over boost etc) . Codes like misfires will not be erased( unless you do a ecu reset) so when you go in for service they will trouble shoot The issue.
