I did, went for Conti Extreme Contact DWS instead. Feels like a totally different car.

I ditched run flats in favor of conti DWS. They are great tires and def changed/improved feel of the car.

I ditched em within 7 days of purchase, they are shit. there was a guy at a BMW Autocross event last sat from a tire dealer that was bridgestone, he had provided the hot dogs/snacks for free, but I dont think 20 people actually talked to him, and no enthusiast was interested in RFT's, so that should tell your something...

Mine are gone (well, they're stored with wheels for trade-in time) - use Blizzak WS70 in the winter & Conti DW in the summer

what tires are the best bang for the buck...i need to ditch my runflats...thanks to this miserable winter i have a bubble on each of my front tires thanks to ny's unbelievable ability to repair potholes in a timely fashion on our major hws...so im lookin to change asap

another question i got is what are you all doing for a spare since your not running rft's?

looking on tire rack, it seems like the conti DWS would be the best bang for the buck, but people here seem to be running either the conti DW or the michelin pilot power super sports.
