on both 25 and 30 is the view from inside the car to mirrors good both day and night? i will be getting all around besides front. |

I love to mod my cars, but when it comes to things like window tint I prefer what helps me drive over what looks the best. I think that 35% is the darkest that I would go since 20% just annoys the crap out of me when I drive at night. Just my opinion though.

What percentage does one have to go so that they can't really see you from outside of the car?
I'd like it dark enough so that other people can't really see me (doesn't have to be impossible to see me) but not any darker than necessary for that. n1smo, your car looks great. |

Is the smartass comment really necessary?
I'd just prefer that the windows are dark enough so that people can't be looking into my car unless they're really obvious about it, especially when it's parked in a public garage or something. |

I would recommend 35% if you want that extra privacy... If you want UV protection and a good amount of privacy 50% is cool.. Here are the pics of my car with 50% tints.

I went with 30% on mine this past weekend and I love it. Not too dark, not too light. I don't think you can go darker than 30% on huper though.

Yep, 30% all around, ceramic.
It's really not that dark at all. So far I've had no problems at all at night. Of course it's darker, but it's not really an issue. I almost wish the tint was a little darker, but that's as dark as huper gets. And I guess if it was darker it would start being really hard to see at night. |

the difference between ceramic and metallic is that ceramic does a much better job of keeping out the heat and protecting the interior. It's generally more expensive and higher quality than the metallic tints. You should probably do a search for more details on it.
Huper Optik is ceramic. |

I pick up my Monaco Blue Coupe Monday. I am thinking 30% tint. Do you think I should go darker since I have saddle interior?
