I say yes, you should but...If you get more carbon fiber parts make shure that all have the same CF wave pattern. You don't want to turn your ultimate driving machine into "getto machine"...do you?

ok chill out the reason i re-asked the question was because someone else freaked out and was like how am i supposed to know so i figured a poll of peoples opinions would be better. the reason i want to know if because i only have the emblems in carbon fiber and so it doesnt match anything so i wanted to know your guys input on getting the mirror covers to go with it.

I think he should print a giant picture of a vage on vinyl and put that on his hood. For those that agree, just post "+1" to my reply. If we get five "+1"s, then michaelalex17 will HAVE TO do it, since he wants us to dictate what he puts on his car.

The problem is not with headlight thread or with your other thread. The problem is that you have a preconceived notion of what you think the answer should be and then you argue with people that provide you with answers that you don't like.

Here, you posted a couple of threads asking about mirror covers. When you didn't get the "do eet" response you were wanting, you posted a poll.

When you get older, you'll learn how to ask questions to get responses. Me? I'd ask "I'm thinking of getting brand xyz carbon fiber mirror covers. Are they good quality for the money or are there better choices out there?"

Quite simply, if you don't know if you want carbon fiber mirror covers then you don't want them. You don't need our opinion about a pure style issue.

It is kind of like my gray suit question. If I ask "should I buy a gray suit" then I sound clueless about my own opinions. If I ask "is a Hugo Boss gray suit better than the Stafford gray suit from JC Penney?" then I'll not only get an opinion about gray suits but also about the quality of the suit I'm considering.

The reason so many people are saying "no" is because carbon fiber, if poor quality or overdone, looks very tacky. Carbon fiber was designed to increase strength and reduce weight - neither of those are vital for mirrors or most of the trim bits that people stick carbon fiber on.

i made the poll only because you said how am i supposed to decide for you. if people gave their opinions on my other thread i wouldnt have created the poll. i dont have any preconcieved notions about anything. the reason i wanted to know is because as i said before i only have carbon fiber roundels on my car and nothing to go with it. so i wanted to get peoples opinions on whether they thought i should add a bit more carbon fiber to go with it, and if so should it be on the mirrors or a rear lip spoiler or something. i just dont want to over do the carbon fiber so i was curious what people thought. that was it.
