Same fitment for all 335's.

I have cp-e IC on my 335xi

Fit perfectly on mine. I never even removed the bumper.

Yes, it's the downpipes that you have to worry about. Most other parts will fit xi's.

Does the check engine light from the downpipe cause any harm other than being annoying to look at?
