JB4 Reset to Default?

If you put someone elses JB4 into a different car, will the settings they were using transfer to the new car or will it reset to the default settings that it originally shipped as? Is there an option to set everything back to the default settings?

I plan on staying stock performance wise, except for the JB4. All I want to do is run Map 1 and have everything set to how BMW configured it.

On another note, how does the JB4 Map 1 compare to a JB+ set at the default 50% or 75%?

Everything is reset, so it should be on MAP 0 when you install it.

I thought default was map 1. At least that is how it was for me.

That is interesting because when mine was installed it was on MAP 0, and I had to set it to MAP 1.
