I need new wheels. Bring your opinions.

So I need 18" staggered wheels, and am having a hard time figuring out my options.

I had been set on VMR 710's for a year now, but my tastes are slowly changing and am wanting more options...

Things I like:
-VMR 710
-VMR 701/Advan RS
-Linea Corse Z2S (only in 19"?)
-Things with polished lips
-Mesh

And before everyone throws out "get 19's!", please understand that I have new tires for 18" already. They are not easy to sell - NT05's. Also, I don't want to bend them or even have to worry too heavily about it.

Pics of the car on stock suspension - lowering perches are getting installed within a week:

the LIGHT BLUE car.

Thanks guys!

Man, your wheels look good like that.
Are they 18"?
If yes, I say powder coat them. Save your $ for other mods!

I thought you had tiny 16-in wheels, then yeah, worth the upgrade.

Since you have a mesh style already, if you MUST upgrade your wheels, go for completely different look & color.
From your list, I'd pick ADVAN RS.

How much are you looking to spend? The VMR 701 is a nice wheel, I've been looking at it for a while as well.. Either that, or the Advan RS (if you want to be a baller, haha) would look good on your e92 IMO.

I just bought some 18" TSW Nurburgrings. Weight: 19.5lbs, not as light as Forgestars, but also not as expensive. ($256/wheel shipped) from DT.

Since you are asking:

First my honest opinion would be... 19's.
Second my opinion would be 701's over 710's, and Advan RS's over almost any other wheel made for the BMW.

701's and 710's LOOK good, but the quality, performance and pure sexiness of the Advan RS is absolutely second to none imho!

Big diff in mula tho!

VMR V701's will definitely give your car a new and fresh look since its not yet saturated in the market.

I have sold those wheels in the pictures and am now on 5 spoke 17" wheels! I would want hypersilver to set the car off. The thing about 701's and Advan RS's is that my brake discs are very small, and there is so much negative space in that wheel that it looks kind of sad... I have a 328, btw.

I'd have to go with the 701's to avoid the stacked price and infinite worry of damage or theft.

Definitely can't get TSW's. As silly as it sounds, my best friend has them and I refuse to look like his VW.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't like the design.

Again, I'm worried about the minuscule brake discs I have =/. They are my favorite, I'm just worried I can't pull it off.

Because I don't know of all my options out there and may be unaware of something that others can bring to light?

To clarify guys, I'm not looking to spend more than 1200 on wheels! Ideally under 1000...

The Avant Garde M310 wheel is a definitely great choice. They are low pressure cast, increasing the quality and decreasing the weight when compared to gravity cast wheels. Take into consideration that all OEM wheels are also low pressure cast at a minimum. I'll go ahead and shoot you over a PM with more details. In the meantime, here are a few more pictures of the wheels installed on few of my customers cars for you to check out!
