My new ride...few towns from Boston

Just wanted to say Hi, just got my 2011 328ic on tuesday 5/3/2011 from Herb Chambers in Boston.

I ordered it on 2/17.... 2 1/2 months and worth it. Got it fully loaded.

I live a few towns outside of Boston.

Here is a pic of it.

why did it take so long? I ordered mine last week they told me 5-8 weeks? Does the vert take longer? Looks great btw got the same color not vert tho

I had to wait for the 3/2011 changes to go live. I was stuck in line with all the others waiting.

Went in to production 3rd week in March (week 13).
Was on the ship 4/6
In port NJ 4/21
At dealer 4/28
Pickup 5/3 (registry was down on 5/2 so I could not get it then)

Wow, Le Mans Blue is gorgeous under natural light; I've only seen it in showrooms before. Nice ride.

Thanks, when I ordered it no local dealers had LMB on any cars. They only had the paint chip.

Also, no one had any verts with the M sport + options. Kinda ordered blind.

So happy with what showed up.

Also, with the 3/11 changes they took off the M 193 wheels from my car and put on 152 wheels.

I really like the 152 wheels since I have not seen any cars with them, all the cars around here that are an //M or have the M sport have the 193's.

i actually walked into herb chambers ready to order a space gray and they had a lemans m3 in the show room i ordered my msport with that color right when i saw it
