How to lengthen exhaust tips on Vanguard Exhaust

Has anybody done this? I looked under and see the bolt to loosen. I have a socket wrench but it doesn't fit in there, the hanger is blocking it. Anybody know what tool I need?

Yes, a box-end wrench is what they're called. I just adjusted mine a couple weeks ago. 12mm box-end wrench.

It basically has a more pronounced 'angle', so it'll fit around the pipe of the exhaust tip to reach the bolt above.
