Freezing outside? Maybe get a pair of vise grips, put some paper towel or something for protection if you want, adjust just till you get a grip. If it still resists I have no idea.

do you have salt in your area in the winter?
I had them fuse on once, got some vinegar and some vice grips and it came off nicely. The acid in the vinegar worked to loosen them up You never know |

yeah we had the problem with our SC430 and the caps. I just took some vice grips and a tooth brush and worked it around with the vinegar and 5 minutes later it came off pretty easily.

i was just going to say...try some WD40 if the vinegar doesn't work.
i just remember some guy saying on another thread that he had some corrosion by using non OEM valve caps on his tires...apparently he didn't check for a long time so eventually had to get new valve stems. |

vinegar is acedic acid, not oil. its the same reason you use it to get salt off of you carpets after the winter.
oil?????? wtf are you talking about oil? |
