I've been searching around on how to power led strips inside of the headlight area. So far, I've only come to the conclusion that I can splice the wires for other lights and connect them to the led strips? Please let me know if this is correct and safe. But anyways, here's the plan:
the led strip instruction says to get power from a 12v source. If I wanted to get the strip to light up and pulse like my turn signals, could I splice the turn signals and connect the led +/- wires onto it? Would I need resistors or anything like that? Any help from an electrical genius would be appreciated! And NO, I am not using the lights for the audi look. It's something completely different! ![]() |
