My brother in HK has recently bought a 2009 E60 523i saloon and would like to improve the drivability and engine / throttle responsiveness, having experienced from time to time sluggishness due to the relatively small engine in a sizable E60 body.

Could anyone provide recommendations as to which company(s) to go to for a quality remap? In UK, I am aware of the good things from the guys at Evolve automotive but there is no branch in HK.
