Scratch repair

Hello E90post, this is my first and hopefully not last post here. I have recently discovered a set of scratches (dents) at the bottom of my bumper - caused by an unknown object (btw. there's also some green stuff around it, which can be cleaned). I guess most of you would just get over it, but unfortunately not me. The scratch is a lot smaller than it appears on the picture - note the screw size. I have ordered the BMW touch up stick and now I'm considering the options. Is there a way to repair this satisfactorily? If so, what is the best procedure? Thanks for any help.
