Whats the best BOV for E92 N54 Engine ?

Hi I would like to find out if anyone knows what the best BOV is to use on the 335i coupe's N54 Twin Turbo engine ?

Wich one will be the best and not mess with the air sensors eg(Putting car into limp mode ect ) and where can i get hold of them shipped internationally ?

The N54 is TMAP not MAF so it will not throw any codes if you use a BOV. That beings said, I hear excellent things about Synapse and I use a TiAL...both are great choices.

I'd go with Synapse, Tial, Active Autowerk, or Helix. Just stay away from HKS.

bov is useless get divert valves (bov is only for sound no performance)

Ugh, I hate comments like this. BOV's function the same as upgraded DV's....they both hold boost better over stock DV's. That being said, neither will do you any good unless you are tuned.

I never said anything bad about HKS in my above comment, I'm sure it's perfectly fine. I never heard one on the N54 but it's too chirpy on the other platforms I have heard. TiAL has a nice quiet whoosh, sounds just like a louder DV.

+1 common misconception. And if you really want to get into it, even though you wont be able to tell a difference, DV's recirculate hot air and a little blow by back into the intake tubing.

You said it yourself. BoV has no performance over DVs. So why say its useless. It's all preference. Some people like the sound and some don't. They both have minimal performance difference. The guy asked about BoV and you thread crap about get DVs instead. Now THAT is pretty useless.

Well, Wilazn said to stay away from HKS. I was wondering if he's referring to the sound or something else. I think I remember reading somewhere that HKS BOV caused boost leaks, but don't remember where.

I'm not sure if they ship internationally, but they do pretty good prices for the synapse bov kit. Got mine from them, and totally love it. I have some installed pictures in my garage, you're more than welcome to check them out.
