So I've searched this subject, but no one seems to have the answer....My driver side xenon headlight on my 2007 335xi is stuck pointing in....Brought it to the dealer twice but no luck as of yet. Went again today after they said it was ready but it still points in. They replaced the whole xenon light and programmed it, but that didn't work obviously. The passenger side headlight works fine. When I start the car, the broken headlight moves left-right-up-down but goes originally back to pointing in. Yes, the headlight position is in Automatic. I have LED signals with resistors that worked previosuly with no problem in the headlight as well. JB4 is also installed but in stealth mode. No errors are popping up either on the cluster... Someone please help b/c I don't know if my service department knows what's going on.

Isn't there a manual adjustment on the headlight you can use a screw driver to adjust? there is one for verticle and one for horizontal if i'm not mistaken

did they replace the module or stepper motor??

No they haven't replaced those yet. They didn't believe it was either b/c their was no error on the cluster. The Jb4 wouldn't be autodeleting the error like it does for the CEL with my downpipes would it?

Just to give you an update. The service rep called me this morning and told me that the other headlight was actually sending out a signal telling the drivers side headlight that it was making a right turn. Thats why it was always pointing in and to the right b/c it believed I was making a right turn at all times and driving in circles. They now replaced the passenger xenon headlight and say everything is all fixed. I'm going to pick the car up tonight and will let you know exactly was happened just in case anyone else ever runs into this problem.
