Welcome.
The clear tail light lenses will set you back about $400 from your local dealer.

Don't worry James, with the list of options BMW add for free with each new year to keep the car appeal up, it only takes 12 months to make everyone feel they have the "poverty pack". That's why I waited for the M sport package as that keeps the car looking somewhat freasher for more years.
Compare an early E46 to the last of it's bread and you will see the difference is huge. |

I agree. E46's with the sports pack still don't look too bad IMHO. Those without....hmmm.
The only thing I don't like about the new sports pack is the black plastic rear diffuser thingy. I've got it on my 130i and it's nasty. They could have put more effort into it and done it body coloured. |

Hmm, I've been using CF bits for 15 years in my sport and find that they tend to look pretty dated, but I know I'm in the minority on this. But for cars, Look at the CF trims on 10+ yr old cars and you'll see what I mean - it doesn't age well.
Saying that, I do agree that CF would look nicer than the moulded plastic they do use, although it is a rather pointless use of the material. |
