Well I took it to the dealer yesterday for some warranty work. I let them wash it... BIG MISTAKE.

I get home and find scratches all over my car. 4 parallel scractches running along the hood towards the windshield. A long scratch the lenth of the front driver side fender, another on the rear driver side door as long as the door, another on the left rear quarter panel, some on the trunk, roof etc...

I called them and they told me to come in this morning. basically the manager did not take any responsibilty for the way they handled my car.
Oh and I forgot to say that their car wash is a automatic BRUSH car wash. Something I only found out while they were brushing, I mean washing my car.

We got into a heated argument this morning. In conclusion, I will no longer be taking my car there but they refuse to fix their mistake.

SO I need a good detail shop to fix my car. I'm hoping these scratches can be buffed out or at the worste, wet sanded out. In any case, I'm out a good some of money.

I will take pics as soon as I get a camera (friday).

Does anyone know a good detail shop in the Cleveland/Akron/canton area.

I read on the forum that I shouldn't take my car to another dealer for detailing.


Btw, do you guys think I should complain to BMW USA ?
