clutch took a poop
clutch went out this past week, it had 94K on it with several mods so it was bound to happen, going with a UCC motorwerks kevlar street/track kit
http://store.nexternal.com/shared/St...t=products.asp Anybody have experience with this kit?

thanks for your thoughts on the ACT clutch kit, but like I stated, I have purchased the UCC clutch kit and would like some thoughts on it, I could really care less about the ACT kit since I purchased a different kit...

Have yet to see a single complaint from ACT owners. Have seen a few with Clutch masters with issues..

ive got about 800 miles on the new clutch and I am 95% happy with it. I was able to do the 500 mile break in on sat and sunday, 300/200, at about 350 miles i did get a little chatter down shifting from 4 to 3, only did it about 6 times and hasnt done it since, it hooks up really nice especially in the higher gears, that is where i really notice the difference in engagement, the only thing im a bit disappointed in is how soft the pedal feels, even softer than stock, I would have liked to of had a little more resistance, but as soon as i am used to it, im sure it wont be a big deal

ACT street / strip is weak. I had less torque on my rx-7 (around 350 rwtq) and it lasted only 10,000 miles. Moved to a sprung 6 puck clutch and no issues at all.
