Lumbar support and side bolsters not working...

I noticed Yesterday that when I try to adjust the lumbar support or side bolsters, it's not working at all. When Pushing the buttons I hear the normal sound (motor noise, sounds like it's inflating) but nothing happens. If I push the button to deflate I just hear it make a click. This only happens on the driver side, passenger side it's fine. I work on my car all the time but have never ventured into taking the seat apart. Does anyone have any clues as to where to start or what to look for? Any special tools required?

P.s. Before u say anything about not searching, I tried but the iPhone app doesn't let me

It's a E92 335 btw...

take it to a trimmer ive seen one of these taken apart and believe me you dont want to do it!
